My goal as a psychologist is to help my clients grow security within themselves and deepen connection with all of their important relationships. My approach is rooted in modern attachment, relational neuroscience, and depth psychology. I am generally pretty active in sessions and believe in a comfortable, caring and collaborative relationship with my clients.
Beyond my direct clinical work, I am also the co-founder and co-host of Therapist Uncensored, a top-rated podcast and online community. This gives me the opportunity to bring my love of the relational sciences to others across the globe. My goal with Therapist Uncensored is to help spread security far and wide, one episode at a time. At this time, we are grateful to have over 1 million downloads and have reached interested learners in 172 countries.
